Manage Details of Appointments in the Access Database

The Manage Appointments in Database Form enables you to manage your Appointments in detail and export them to Outlook. The many combo boxes provide fast data entry that eliminates the time consuming drudgery of typing in the same data repeatedly.

Manage Multiple Appointments in Outlook

With the Manage Outlook Appointments Form you can add Outlook Appointments to Access or Delete them in Outlook. You can select individual Appointments to Import or Delete. Instantly filter the Appointments you see by Category.

Manage Multiple Appointments in the Access Database

The Manage Appointments in Database Form enables you to export multiple Appointments to Outlook by Selection or Dates. You can also select and delete multiple Appointments in Access. Instantly filter the Appointments you see by Category.

Sort Database Appointments

You can sort Appointments in Access by Appointment Subject, Start Date/Time, End Date/Time, Location, Category, and whether or not the Appointment has been saved in Outlook with just the click or a button. You can also show or hide Appointments in the past.

Manage Postal Codes

You can use this form to enter Postal Code information so when the correct Postal Code is selected the corresponding City, State, and Country are automatically added. This form also allows you to sort the data by just clicking a button.

You can set the Default Calendar used in Outlook and also change it as needed.

Outlook Appointment Form

When you click "Quick Outlook Appointment" this Appointment Form from Outlook opens, but Outlook can remain closed.

Also included with the Database are some extras including rollover effects like you see on a web page, opening a Report that shows only the current record of the Form, and using a hidden form to safely store temporary data so you do not have to use risky global variables that will loose their value should an error occur.

You can use the Appointment Manager on all of the computers that you own.  You are not required to purchase a license for each machine.
