The Manage Appointments in Database Form enables you to export multiple Appointments to Outlook by Selection or Dates. You can also select and delete multiple appointments in Access.

With the Manage Outlook Calendar Appointments Form you can add Outlook Appointments to Access or Delete them in Outlook. You can select individual Appointments to Import or Delete.

When you click "Quick Outlook Appointment" this Appointment Form from Outlook opens, but Outlook can remain closed.

Also included with the Database are some extras including rollover effects like you see on a web page, opening a Report that shows only the current record of the Form, and using a hidden form to safely store temporary data so you do not have to use risky global variables that will loose their value should an error occur.

You can use the Appointment Manager on all of the computers that you own.  You are not required to purchase a license for each machine.
